Juicy Balsamic Grilled Chicken

Quick and easy, you’ll love these juicy and flavorful boneless chicken breasts!
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 (4-oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ⅓ cup San Gimignano Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Aceto Balsamico Platinum
- 1 tbs Mama Knows Best
- 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- Whisk together the San Gimignano Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Aceto Balsamico Platinum, garlic, Mama Knows Best, salt and pepper.
- Tenderize the chicken breasts using a meat tenderizer. Then place them in a Ziploc marinade bag, and pour the marinade mixture over top. Close the bag tightly and squish it around to coat the chicken. Place the bag on a plate and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 10 minutes or up to 3 hours.
- Grill over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes per side, until no longer pink inside or until the internal temperature reads 160 degrees.
- Remove the chicken breasts and place on a platter to rest and cover with a tent of aluminum foil for 10 minutes.
