Pink Himalayan Salt

Ingredients: Pink Crystal Salt

This crystal salt is obtained in the "Salt Range" in the Punjab region, 200 km south of the Himalayan mountain range. It was formed millions of years ago when the Indian Ocean dried up and is now mined to a depth of 70 m. It gets its pink color from an increased iron content and contains numerous minerals.
