Tzatziki Dip with Cucumber Extra Virgin Olive Oil

A refreshing classic that's so easy to make. The bright zing from the Cucumber Oil will make this your new favorite dip!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup whole-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp Cucumber Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- Pink Crystal Salt to taste
- Pinch of Proceed With Caution - Spicy
- Pita, cucumbers, and red bell peppers, for serving
DIRECTIONS:
- In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, Cucumber Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and lemon juice. Stir until smooth.
- Add the finely chopped cucumber, garlic, and fresh dill, and mix to combine.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes to taste. Stir again until fully incorporated.
- Serve with pita, pita chips, fresh cucumber slices, and red bell pepper slices on the side.
