Tzatziki Dib with Cucumber Extra Virgin Olive Oil

A refreshing classic that's so easy to make. The bright zing from the Cucumber Oil will make this your new favorite dip!

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, Cucumber Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and lemon juice. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add the finely chopped cucumber, garlic, and fresh dill, and mix to combine.
  3. Season with salt, black pepper, and a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes to taste. Stir again until fully incorporated.
  4. Serve with pita, pita chips, fresh cucumber slices, and red bell pepper slices on the side.
