Creamy Fig Flatbread

Quick and easy, this perfect sweet and savory bite is a dance between sweet figs and tangy cheeses - kissed with rosemary and Fig Balsamic.

INGREDIENTS

  • flatbread
  • 3 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • Pink Crystal Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 3 - 4 fresh figs
  • 4 tbsp goat feta cheese
  • 1 - 2 sprigs fresh Rosemary
  • 1 - 2 tbsp Fig Balsamic Star

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Bake the flatbread according to the package instructions until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Mix cream cheese and sour cream in a small bowl until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. 
  3. Spread the cream cheese-sour cream mixture evenly over the warm flatbread.
  4. Wash the fresh figs, halve or quarter them, and lightly chop. Spread them over the flatbread.
  5. Crumble the goat feta on top. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary needles.
  6. Drizzle with a little Fig Balsam Star and serve warm.
