Summer Hummus

Easy and delicious, you can make the best creamy, smooth homemade hummus, and yes, itās better than store-bought.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can of chickpeas, drained of liquid
- ¼ cup tahini
- 1 garlic clove
- Juice of half a lemon
- Salt and pepper to tasteĀ
- 2 tbs vomFASS Extra Virgin Olive Oil of your choice
- 5 tbs of water
- Pinch of Pink Crystal Salt, add more later to taste
- Paprika
DIRECTIONS:
- Add all into a blender, add more water as needed to reach desired consistency. You may need to stop the blender, mix and stir again. Donāt add too much water if not necessary.
- Drizzle LOTS of vomFASS Extra Virgin Olive Oil of your Choice and top with Paprika to serve.
