Summer Hummus

Easy and delicious, you can make the best creamy, smooth homemade hummus, and yes, it’s better than store-bought.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 can of chickpeas, drained of liquid
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Salt and pepper to tasteĀ 
  • 2 tbs vomFASS Extra Virgin Olive Oil of your choice
  • 5 tbs of water
  • Pinch of Pink Crystal Salt, add more later to taste
  • Paprika

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add all into a blender, add more water as needed to reach desired consistency. You may need to stop the blender, mix and stir again. Don’t add too much water if not necessary.
  2. Drizzle LOTS of vomFASS Extra Virgin Olive Oil of your Choice and top with Paprika to serve.
