Honey Whipped Feta Dip

The perfect appetizer for all occasions, herby and garlicky with olives served over sweet and creamy honey whipped feta cheese.
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 oz or ½ block of Feta
- 2 tbsp cream cheese (this is optional, the dip is delicious without this too. You can also substitute with Plain Greek Yogurt)
- 1 tsp Honey
- Pink Crystal Salt to Taste
- vomFASS Extra Virgin Olive Oil of your choice
- Olives
DIRECTIONS:
- Put the feta, cream cheese, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a blender and blend until it is nice and creamy.
- Transfer to a bowl and garnish with olives.
- Sprinkle some fresh herbs of your choice and a generous drizzle of olive oil on top.
- Serve with pita chips, crusty breads, and a veggie platter./li>
- Toast and enjoy!
