Pumpkin Seed Oil Salad Dressing

Nutty, fruity, with a slight pepperiness, this dressing is the perfect aromatic topping for any fall salad!

INGREDIENTS

• 4 tbsp FassZination Styrian Pumpkin Seed Oil
• 2 tbsp Aceto Balsamico Maletti
• 2 tsp dijon mustard
• 2 tsp honey, maple syrup or sugar
• Salt and Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

1. Mix all ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl or shake them with the lid on in a mason jar.
2. Drizzle over a salad of your choice! → We love to serve it with green lettuce, chopped apple or pear, and toasted nuts!
