Passion Fruit Mai Tai

Passion fruit puree and Ginger liqueur make this quintessential Tiki cocktail even more delicious!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 oz. Barbados Rum
- 1 oz. passion fruit puree
- 1/2 oz. Ginger Liqueur
- 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice, plus lime slice for garnish
- 1 tsp. super fine sugar
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a cocktail shaker, stir together rum, passion fruit puree, ginger liqueur, lime juice, and sugar.
2. Add ice and shake until cold. Strain into glass with ice. Garnish with a lime slice. Enjoy!
