An unusual mix of Gin, Sour Cherry Liqueur, lemon juice, and Violette Liqueur, the Aviation Cocktail is out of this world!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 ounces vomFASS Finest Alpine Gin
- ½ ounce vomFASS Sour Cherry Liqueur with Vodka
- 1 spoonful vomFASS Violette Liqueur
- Maraschino cherry, for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
1. Add all ingredients except garnish to cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until well chilled. Double-strain into a chilled coupe.
2. Garnish with maraschino cherry. Enjoy!
