Mango Chili Shrimp

Easy and delicious, these spicy shrimp are bursting with flavor and so good as an appetizer, over rice, on salads, or in tacos.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tbs Chili Oil
  • 15 large prawns or shrimps (fresh or frozen, then defrosted)
  • 1 large clove of garlic, minced (or more if you're a garlic lover)
  • ½ red onion or shallot, sliced
  • 1 handful parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tbs Wild Mango Balsamic Star
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Catch of the Day to taste

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add oil to a pan and have the heat on low to medium.
  2. Add the garlic, onions, and heat it up till fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp to pan, then sauté for 4-5 minutes over a medium-high heat, until prawns are cooked through.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. Add a couple twists Catch of the Day.
  5. Turn down the heat and deglaze the pan with Wild Mango Balsamic Star.
  6. Sprinkle parsley over top and serve.
