Blueberry Corn Salsa

Blueberry and corn? Definitely! You have to try this sweet and spicy salsa that's perfect for your next summer gathering.

  • 100 ml Blueberry Balsamic Star
  • 50 ml Chili Oil
  • 1 package frozen roasted corn
  • 1 Jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 bunch of Cilantro
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • 16 oz fresh blueberries
  • Tortilla chips
  • 2 tbs medium-spicy hot sauce
  • Chili Sea Salt to taste (if you want to give it a little kick)
  1. Heat corn until it’s warm throughout.
  2. Stir hot corn and blueberries together in a large mixing bowl. Stir in the remaining ingredients and let cool.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips.
