Blueberry Corn Salsa

Blueberry and corn? Definitely! You have to try this sweet and spicy salsa that's perfect for your next summer gathering.
INGREDIENTS:- 100 ml Blueberry Balsamic Star
- 50 ml Chili Oil
- 1 package frozen roasted corn
- 1 Jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 bunch of Cilantro
- ½ cup diced red onion
- 16 oz fresh blueberries
- Tortilla chips
- 2 tbs medium-spicy hot sauce
- Chili Sea Salt to taste (if you want to give it a little kick)
- Heat corn until it’s warm throughout.
- Stir hot corn and blueberries together in a large mixing bowl. Stir in the remaining ingredients and let cool.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
