Fried Cauliflower Nuggets

With a delightful crunch in every bite, this tasty cauliflower treat makes a great snack or side dish.

INGREDIENTS FOR NUGGETS:

  • 1 cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • ½ cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup breadcrumbs
  • ⅓ cup grated cheese (Parmesan or Gouda)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika powder
  • 1 tsp BBQ rub
  • Pink Crystal Salt to taste
  • Garlic Pepper to taste

INGREDIENTS FOR THE DIP:

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Wash the cauliflower florets, let them drain well, and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Toss them with smoked paprika powder, BBQ rub, salt, and pepper to season.
  2. First, coat the seasoned florets in flour. Then, dip them into the beaten eggs. Finally, roll them in the breadcrumb-cheese mixture until evenly coated.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the nuggets until golden and crispy on all sides.
  4. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, Jalapeno Oil, and a splash of Wild Mango Balsamic Star. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  5. Plate the crispy cauliflower nuggets with the tangy dip and enjoy!
