Green Goddess Chopped Salad

Creamy, bright, and full of fresh flavor, this salad is easy and delicious!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/3 cup raw almonds
- Juice from one large lemon
- 1 large shallot
- 2 cloves of garlic
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan or nutritional yeast for vegan alternative
- 2 tablespoons Calamansi Balsam
- ¼ cup vomFASS Extra Virgin Olive Oil of your choice
DIRECTIONS:
- Cut a half a head of cabbage toss in bowl. Add cucumbers and green onions too.
- To make the dressing, add Spinach, almonds, shallot, garlic cloves, juice from one lemon, calamansi balsam, olive oil, parmesan or nutritional yeast to blender and blend.
- Pour dressing over the cabbage and cucumbers, mix, and serve.
