Calamansi Cucumber Popsicles

A sweet and refreshing fusion of cucumber and Calamansi that will give your taste buds a unique experience!
INGREDIENTS:- 1½ Cucumber
- Sliced Limes
- ½ Lime Juiced
- 1-2 tbs maple syrup
- 1-2 tbs Calamansi Balsam
- Peel the cucumbers and roughly chop them.
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and add a little water if necessary. Blend until you get a nice, even consistency.
- Place a slice of lime and a mint leaf in popsicle molds. Pour the mix into popsicle molds almost to the top and stick a wooden popsicle stick into each popsicle almost to the bottom. They should stick out about 1½ in. If they don’t stay upright, you can let the popsicles freeze for 30-60 minutes and then add the popsicle sticks.
- Place in the freezer overnight.
