Calamansi Cucumber Popsicles

A sweet and refreshing fusion of cucumber and Calamansi that will give your taste buds a unique experience!

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1½ Cucumber
  • Sliced Limes
  • ½ Lime Juiced
  • 1-2 tbs maple syrup
  • 1-2 tbs Calamansi Balsam
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Peel the cucumbers and roughly chop them.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a blender and add a little water if necessary. Blend until you get a nice, even consistency.
  3. Place a slice of lime and a mint leaf in popsicle molds. Pour the mix into popsicle molds almost to the top and stick a wooden popsicle stick into each popsicle almost to the bottom. They should stick out about 1½ in. If they don’t stay upright, you can let the popsicles freeze for 30-60 minutes and then add the popsicle sticks.
  4. Place in the freezer overnight.
