This potent mixture of absinthe and Champagne is sure to have you “seeing” the Green Fairy by the end of the night!

• 1 1/2 oz Absinthe Libertine 72
• 4 1/2 oz chilled Champagne or Sparkling Wine

1. Pour the absinthe into a coupe glass.
2. Top slowly with the Champagne or Sparkling Wine.
3. Enjoy!
