Herb Whipped Feta Dip

Incredibly flavorful and creamy, this easy dip topped with herbs and veggies is the perfect appetizer for parties, weekends or any time you want to share a special bite with someone!
INGREDIENTS:
- 6 oz feta
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 4 oz cream cheese (1/2 of an 8 oz block) softened
- 3 tbsp Herbes de Provence Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped dill
TOPPINGS:
- 1/3 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped Green Olives
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 2 tbsp chopped dill
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until it is smooth.
2. Place dip in a serving bowl.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
4. Top with all the toppings and serve with bread, pita, veggies, or crackers.
