Caprese Pesto Pasta Salad

This fresh and vibrant pasta salad pairs juicy tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, and fragrant pesto for a bright, basil-rich bite that tastes like spring in every forkful.
INGREDIENTS:
- 8 oz Fussili Pasta
- Cherry tomatoes
- Baby spinach and / or arugula
- Pesto Ligure
- mini mozarella balls
- Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil
DIRECTIONS:
- Bring a medium pot with sea salt to a rolling boil. Add in your pasta and cook according to the package.
- Cool your pasta and then add arugula / spinach, chopped cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and pesto. Toss all ingredients.
- Drizzle Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil before serving and enjoy!
