Tropical Passion Chicken

Sweet, tangy, and bursting with tropical flavor, this easy chicken dinner features a glossy glaze with a delicious island-inspired twist.

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken from the pan.
  4. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  5. Stir in Passion Fruit Balsamic Star, honey, Dijon, and thyme. Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Return chicken to the pan and spoon the glaze over each piece.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve with grilled vegetables or coconut rice.
