Tropical Passion Chicken

Sweet, tangy, and bursting with tropical flavor, this easy chicken dinner features a glossy glaze with a delicious island-inspired twist.
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp vomFASS Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Pink Crystal Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp vomFASS Passion Fruit Balsamic Star
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through.
- Remove chicken from the pan.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Stir in Passion Fruit Balsamic Star, honey, Dijon, and thyme. Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to the pan and spoon the glaze over each piece.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with grilled vegetables or coconut rice.
