Passion Fruit Gin Fizz

Bright, botanical, and refreshingly crisp, this sparkling cocktail combines premium gin with the vibrant flavor of vomFASS Passion Fruit Balsamic Star.

INGREDIENTS

• 1½ oz vomFASS Gin
• ¾ oz vomFASS Passion Fruit Balsamic Star
• Pulp of 1 ripe passion fruit
• ¾ oz fresh lime juice
• ⅓ oz simple syrup (optional, if the passion fruit is very tart)
• Crushed ice
• Soda water or tonic water, to top
• Garnish: Mint sprig, edible flower, or a half of a passion fruit

DIRECTIONS:

1. Fill a tall glass with crushed ice.
2. Add the gin, Passion Fruit Balsamic Star, lime juice, and simple syrup (if using). Stir gently to combine.
3. Spoon the passion fruit pulp over the top.
4. Top with soda water or tonic, stir once more, and garnish with mint, an edible flower, or a passion fruit cut in half.
