Balsamic Negroni

This perfectly balanced cocktail is a tribute to Italian tradition... sophisticated, complex, and utterly timeless, with a silky twist of rich balsamic.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz Good Firkin Gin
- 1 oz Sweet Red Vermouth
- 1 oz Campari
- 2-4 drops Aceto Balsamico Platinum
- Garnish: Orange Peel
DIRECTIONS:
- Add the gin, sweet vermouth, and Campari to a mixing glass.
- Fill the glass with ice and stir for about 15–30 seconds until well-chilled and properly diluted.
- Strain the mixture into an old-fashioned or rocks glass over a large ice cube or fresh ice.
- Express the oils from an orange peel over the drink by squeezing it, then place the peel in the glass. Garnish with 2-4 drops of the Cheers!
