Watermelon Calamansi Frozen Margarita

This frozen margarita blends fresh watermelon with lime and Calamansi Balsam for a vibrant, icy cocktail that’s both tart and refreshing with a clean citrus lift.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups fresh watermelon, cubed (plus extra for blending if needed)
- 2 oz Tequila
- 1 oz Blood Orange Liqueur
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 3/4 oz Calamansi Balsam
- ½ – 1 cup ice (adjust for thickness)
- ½ oz agave syrup (optional)
- Tajin or Pink Crystal Salt for rim
- lime wheel and 3 cherries for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
- Add watermelon, tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, calamansi balsam, agave (if using), and ice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and slushy. Adjust ice or watermelon to reach desired thickness.
- Rim glasses with Tajín or salt.
- Pour frozen margarita into prepared glasses.
- Garnish with watermelon wedge and lime wheel. Serve immediately.
