Just like the classic cocktail, the Bee's Knees, but with tequila!

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 oz Tequila
• ¾ oz Honey Balsamic Vinegar
• ¾ oz Curious Juniper Pineapple Jalapeño {Not So} Simple Syrup
• Serrano Bitters

DIRECTIONS:

1. Add all ingredients to shaker with 2 scoops of ice.
2. Shake vigorously!
   
3. Strain into martini glass and top with 3-5 dashes of Serrano Bitters.
