Smokey Old Fashioned

The scotch wash is the secret ingredient (and technique) you need to create this smokey twist on our most popular bourbon cocktail.

INGREDIENTS

• ¼ oz Cragabus Islay Blended Malt Scotch Whisky
• 2 oz Bourbon Old Fashioned Pre-Mixed Cocktail
• Orange Twist

DIRECTIONS:

1. Add ice and scotch to a rocks glass. Let sit for 30 seconds.
2. Swish the glass around and rinse the inside of the glass with the scotch by twisting the glass. Dump it out.
3. Pour Old Fashioned into the glass over one large ice cube or whiskey ball.
4. Express the oil of the orange twist over the glass, then drop into the glass to garnish.
