An “Orange wine" is when a white grape is fermented on the skins like in historic days. The wine develops richness, complexity and a touch of color in the process. The pinot gris grapes  were fermented for 10 days on the skin, developing a beautiful bronze color, pressed, and then aged in neutral oak barrels.  Enjoy!
