Julian Pinot Gris

This wine was made from organic fruit grown on Old Julian Highway. It was allowed to begin fermenting on it's own native yeasts and was made in the European style, Slightly sweet & spicy with tropical fruit aroma and a rich texture. The wine was not fined or filtered. Perfect white wine for the winter season.
