Sour Cherry Balsamic Vinegar

A dark red-shimmering balsamic vinegar with the scent of sour cherries. After careful pitting of the fruits, the fresh cherry juice is pressed and then directly processed into cherry wine. Without the addition of flavorings, this is made into sour cherry vinegar and then refined with sour cherry juice.
