MacDuff Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky
An absolute rarity is this mellow single malt with hints of hay and honeysuckle for an almost spring-like freshness. The taste is rich and complex with notes of ash and straw and a very long finish. This is a classic northern highland malt with a nose that starts with sweet and spicy explosions of fruits and wine tannins and ends with an intriguing mix of jams and butter. The palate is slow building and well rounded. The finish is very long with much more smoke than expected coming on the back end of the Dram.
