Lemon Sea Salt

Natural sea salt contains many natural trace elements and minerals that are very healthy for the human body. Also, natural sea salt does not contain as much sodium chloride as the salt from the supermarket and is therefore a little gentler in taste. Given this, the lemon can come naturally come through, because in contrast to lemon juice, lemon peel does not taste sour, but rather fresh. This gives the salt a warm and summery note. Goes well with fish, but also with all other dishes. 

Ingredients: sea salt 92%, lemon peel 7.1%, parsley, turmeric, lemon preparation (dextrose, acidifier: citric acid, 4% natural lemon oil, ginger, spices, aroma)
