Hatcher Cabernet Sauvignon

Fruit from Duarte Vineyard in El Dorado County and 6 Mile Vineyard in Calaveras County.  Aged 24 months in French Oak, 25% new.  Aromas of black fruit with hints of anise and pencil shavings.  Flavors of blackberry, plum and cherry.  Drink with a cheeseburger on a Tuesday or Prime Rib on Saturday.  2018 vintage.
