Black & Blue Gin

This gin starts with an Extra Dry Gin using made with corn and Honeycrisp Apples from a 100+ year old orchard. The spirit is then vapor infused with 6 different botanicals in a 90-gallon copper pot still. Hand selected blackberries and blueberries are crushed and macerated delivering a harmonious balance between fruit and spice, highlighting the natural sweetness of ripe berries while maintaining the crisp character of a classic gin. Enjoy it neat, over ice, or as the centerpiece in a creative cocktail to fully appreciate its vibrant profile.
